Rained out? Book again free within a year. We don't give cash refunds for weather. If weather cancels your party, you get a free reschedule (a rain date) within 12 months of your original party date, or a store credit toward a future rental. New England weather keeps everyone guessing, so here's exactly how it works.

Weather reschedules
If rain or unsafe weather cancels your rental, you can move your booking to a new date of your choice, free, within 12 months of your original party date. What you paid goes toward the new date. Your guests, your theme and your plans all stay the same; only the date changes. This applies to rentals delivered from our Foxborough, MA location and to Rhode Island rentals dispatched from Greenville, RI.
You make the weather call. Let us know by 8 AM on your party day if you want to cancel for weather.
How to request a rain date

- 3Pick your new date, any day within 12 months of your original party date.
Store credits
Not ready to pick a date? Take a store credit instead. Store credits are good for one rebooking within one year of your original party date, and they can't be transferred to another person.
Other cancellations
Plans change for reasons that have nothing to do with the forecast. You can cancel anytime, for any reason, and rebook once within one year of your original party date. There are no cash refunds.
Wind & safety
Kids' safety comes first. We follow the industry and manufacturer standard for inflatables: no bouncing when sustained winds reach 15 mph or more, and no use during lightning or thunderstorms. Bounce houses act like big sails in the wind, so this rule isn't flexible.
Before delivery: if forecast winds or lightning mean a safe setup isn't possible on your party day, you can reschedule under the same terms as a rain-out: a free rain date within 12 months of your original party date, or a store credit.
After setup: if winds pick up to the limit or lightning moves in once your unit is up, everyone must get out and the unit must be deflated right away. Once we've delivered, it's too late: there's no refund, reschedule or store credit for weather that turns during your rental.
Lightning tip: when thunder roars, head indoors. Wait until the storm has clearly passed before anyone goes back in, and only if winds are under the limit.
