Planning around West Warwick's mill-village lots
West Warwick covers less than eight square miles, and the town's own comprehensive plan calls it one of the densest communities in Rhode Island. Only about 43% of homes are single-family detached, so plenty of hosts here are working with a shared yard, a two-family lot, or a driveway.
So measure first. Pace off the flat, clear area and compare it with the unit size on the product page. The listed footprint is the inflatable itself, so leave open space beyond it for anchoring and for kids getting in and out. Look up, too: branches and overhead wires have to clear the unit's listed height.
If you rent or share the yard, get the owner's OK before you book. On pavement, the crew anchors with weights or sandbags instead of stakes, so tell us the surface. No outlet nearby? The 1800W Generator lists at $100 and is for standard bounce houses only (not combos or slides).
What to rent by party size and space
- Toddlers or a tight space: Petite White Bounce House, 8 ft x 8 ft, $100. Its product page lists it for small spaces and indoor parties. For lots of little ones, the Toddler Forest Playground (25 ft x 20 ft, children only) lists at $180.
- Typical backyard birthday: Basic Bounce House (13 ft x 13 ft), Paw Patrol Bounce House (14 ft x 15 ft), or Bounce Castle (15 ft x 15 ft), each $100.
- Bigger guest list or mixed ages: a combo adds a slide to the bounce area, so a bigger group has more to do. The Train Combo Bounce House is 21 ft x 14 ft at $180, the Jungle Combo Bounce is 18 ft x 17 ft at $250, and the Elephant Combo is 27 ft x 17 ft at $350.
- Team parties, field days, and large groups: the Wacky Obstacle Course ($350) and 30' Elite Challenge Obstacle Course ($400) are both 30 ft x 10 ft, a long, narrow shape that suits a side yard or the edge of a field. Add a Gaga Pit ($150) for a fast-paced dodgeball-style game.
- Summer heat: the Kids Jungle Water Slide (20 ft x 9 ft, for children 12 and under) lists at $180.
Prices are the one-day rate on each product page. Check the live price for your date when you book, and browse every option in bounce houses, combos, obstacle courses, and water slides.

Rental and use of town fields and gazebos is managed by the West Warwick Parks & Recreation Department (401-615-3477). Check with them first, then share the details with us when you book.
