Insured and trained. We carry $1 million in liability coverage and send certificates of insurance on request. Our crews train every quarter, and we are members of SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization).

Weather. No use in sustained winds of 15 mph or more, or during lightning. Make the call by 8 AM on party day for a free rain date within 12 months or store credit. Details: Weather & Cancellation Policy

Setup. Our crew anchors every unit with stakes, weights or sandbags. Allow about 5 ft clear on every side, away from overhead branches and power lines. Most units need an outdoor outlet on its own circuit, or add a generator. For water slides, you provide the hose and water.

Cleaning. Every inflatable is cleaned with Simple Pro and OdoBan and inspected before it goes out.

On the day. We walk you through the rules and post a safety sign. An adult supervises at all times: no shoes, food, drinks, silly string or flips, and keep kids away from the blower and cords.
